School uniform cloth and bulk supply

स्कूल यूनिफ़ॉर्म कपडा और थोक आपूर्ति

Uniform work is a different business from retail cloth. A school does not want variety — it wants the same shade, the same weight and the same fit across several hundred children, this year and again next year.

That is what this counter does. Schools across Khargone and the wider Nimar region order uniform cloth here by shade card, and parents buy the same cloth over the counter through the year.

Shade matching across batches

The problem with uniforms is not finding the colour once — it is finding it again. Dye lots vary, and a shirt bought in June next to one bought in December will show it under sunlight at assembly.

We work from the school’s shade card and keep it on file, so a repeat order is matched against the original rather than against memory. Where a school is ordering for the whole session, we recommend cutting the full quantity from one lot; where cloth is bought over the counter through the year, we match each cut back to the card.

Stitched to school specification

Every school specifies its own cut — collar, pleats, pocket, length, and whether the shirt is tucked. Stitching is done to the specification the school gives us, not to a general pattern.

For bulk orders we take measurements in the size bands the school uses and stitch to those, with allowance where children are still growing. Individual alterations are simpler to handle before the session starts than during it.

When to order for the session

The practical answer is earlier than most schools do. Cloth has to be sourced and matched, then cut, then stitched, and the tailoring stage is where the time goes — every school in the district is competing for the same tailors in the same weeks.

Ordering six to eight weeks before the session starts means delivery before day one rather than during week three. For repeat orders where the shade card is already on file, the lead time is shorter.

Delivery covers Khargone and the surrounding Nimar region, including Sanawad, Barwaha, Bhikangaon, Kasrawad, Maheshwar and Mandleshwar.

Hostels, PGs and institutions

The same counter supplies hostels and PG accommodation — bedsheets, towels, blankets and mattresses alongside uniform cloth — and hospitals and commercial buildings on the same contract basis.

Tell us the quantities and the shade or specification you need and we will quote. Repeat institutional orders are on contract rates.

Questions we are asked

Frequently asked

Do you supply school uniforms in bulk?

Yes. Shade-matched uniform saree, shirt and pant cloth is supplied to schools at contract rates, stitched to the school’s own specification. Send us your shade card and quantities to start.

How do you make sure the shade matches next year’s order?

We keep the school’s shade card on file and match every repeat order back to it rather than to a previous batch. For a whole session we recommend cutting the full quantity from a single dye lot.

How far ahead should a school order?

Six to eight weeks before the session starts. Sourcing and matching cloth is quick; stitching is not, because every school in the district needs tailors in the same weeks.

Do you deliver outside Khargone?

Yes, across the Nimar region — Sanawad, Barwaha, Bhikangaon, Kasrawad, Maheshwar, Mandleshwar and the surrounding area.

Can parents buy the same uniform cloth over the counter?

Yes. The cloth schools order in bulk is the same cloth sold at the counter through the year, matched to the school’s card.
